It has a sink with a drain for washing up (no running water), a small clothes closet with some shelving, a small fold-up table, and a sleeping mattress over the gooseneck. These quarters have carpet, a finished ceiling, and some finished walls. This trailer has an adjustable coupler, 10K drop leg jack, and spare tire/rim. This trailer is in very good condition.
