This 7' tall trailer has a sealed fixed position rear tack with 4-saddle pivot-out rack, two open airs down each side with plexi-glass inserts, roof vents, escape door, sealed mid-tack, and 6' partially finished living compartment with a few amenities. Included are some windows, a small dinette, closet, and few enclosed cabinets, small refrigeration, 2-burner range, single basin sink, and air conditioner with heat strip, some duplex receptacles, and a ceiling light. Work items yet to be completed are installation of water tanks, plumbing to the sink, installation of an LP system, and some interior trim work. Our plans are to offer this trailer AS-IS at a price of $13,995 for approximatley 5 weeks. Then, if it doesn't sell we will finish the living compartment and re-price accordingly.
